This anonymous terrorist mastermind psycho has struck again in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda. On Friday February 19, three grenades went off at 3 public places simultaneously, killing 1 innocent civilian and injuring dozens. The psycho is already achieving their diabolic goals as different sides have started blaming each other, with the likely outcome that there may be more bloodshed or incarceration and torture of innocent suspects. All this may go on while the psycho coward quietly celebrates within their inner circle for getting closer to achieving their political goal.
For his or her lack of a conscience and his or her use of deadly violence against unarmed civilians in order to attain his or her political goals, the anonymous terrorist mastermind psycho is hereby added to the Rwanda Hall of Shame (http://rwandahallofshame.blogspot.com).
The psycho of course is usually too cowardly to physically do the crime themselves. So, they tend to send their subordinates to go out there and do the deed. Time and again, there seems to be enough supply of these subordinates, who are so intellectually challenged that they actually follow these orders by going out and committing those murders.
For their lack of a reasonable human brain, the subordinates of the anonymous terrorist mastermind psycho now join him or her in the Rwanda Hall of Shame.
Below is a press release by the opposition in Rwanda denouncing the recent anonymous acts of deadly political violence in Kigali:
CONDEMNATION OF GRENADE ATTACKS IN KIGALI (20.02.10)
The Permanent Consultative Council of Opposition Parties in Rwanda which brings together, the following political organisations: The United Democratic Forces–Inkingi, The Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, Le Parti Social IMBERAKURI, has learnt with shock and horror about the Grenade blasts which occurred last night 19th Feb 2010 almost simultaneously in three different localities in Kigali.
At the moment three are conflicting reports about the dead and the injured; however the main issue at hand is the lives of innocent and defenceless citizens who are at a serious risk.
These cowardly and wicked acts are meant to instil fear in the population at a crucial time when we are heading for the Presidential elections in a few months to come.
We strongly condemn these barbaric acts in the strongest terms possible and call upon the Rwandan Government, as we have done in recent past to:
1. Investigate and bring to book the perpetrators of these acts
2. Ensure a fair hearing of the suspects once they are apprehended
3. Guarantee security of persons and their property
Issued at Kigali, 20th February 2010
Mrs. Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza
Chairperson, United Democratic Forces
Mr. Frank Habineza
Chairman, Democratic Green Party of Rwanda
Me. Bernard NtagandaChairman, Parti Social IMBERAKURI
